Matthew Matt James born in North Carolina 5 December 1991. He is a mixed-race kid of Manny James, and Patty James. His father is Nigerian and his mother caucasian American. His father is Nigerian, and his mother caucasian American. He was a graduate of Sanderson High School in 2010 and then attended Wake Forest University, where earned a bachelor's degree in Economics in 2015. James' fame kick-started after he appeared on screen for his first appearance as a reality star in The Bachelorette. In 2020 he got selected to play the role of bachelor on The Bachelor's season 25, becoming The initial African American male lead which will premiere in 2021. James was a perfect fit for the role because his height is tall, handsome and well-rounded and has a great sense of humor. The series ended when he chose Rachael Krkconnell as his choice to begin a relationship with the actress. In the season 30 (in 2021) of Dancing with the Stars, he competed with the famous dancing star Arnold. James and Arnold placed 12th.
